CREATING MAGIC IN EVERY EXPERIENCE

CREATING MAGIC IN EVERY EXPERIENCE

If you’ve ever been to Disney World, fallen in love, or taken a risk on something that brings you complete joy, yet scares the hell out of you…then you probably know what it feels like to have a MAGICAL experience.

I read somewhere or heard in a podcast that even if we experience disruptions or hiccups in our vacations or experiences, the things that we remember or take with us are the moments of magic. My two weeks in Bali have been nothing short of magical. Yes, that may be a childlike word and I continue to be in search of it in my life, but I LOVE it. Magic moments, magic shows, magical kisses…all of these make some pretty POWERFUL memories.

Bali knows how to capture that feeling in every single space. The attention to detail from the sidewalks (or lack there of) to the restaurants and the 1,200 spas create a story waiting to be told. The community of people I’ve found myself surrounded with and the culture of the Balinese match the impact of the environment itself. I’m not sure the pictures do it much justice so you may just have to make the trip to FEEL it for yourself.

Every experience has its element of magic.

One of the most relaxing experiences I’ve ever had was “The Miracle Massage” at the spa across the street from our villa, The Ahara Spa. TWO HOURS being massaged by TWO PEOPLE with a facial and foot reflexology massage ending in a flower bath with ginseng tea, honey, and chocolate truffles! I mean, WHAAAAAAAA! Oh, how I wish I could bring this place back home with me and gift you guys with this heavenly experience. And it was only 35 BUCKS! Yup. You know I didn’t leave there without booking another one! This is what self-love looks like. I decided I wanted my Bali experience to end with a MIRACLE.
